Comic Book Cover of the Day!

From September, 1975... I have no idea where this image came from, nor do I know what issue it would've reprinted.

    The GCD reveals it's a reprint of Superboy (1949 series) #205. They list it's by Mike Grell, so it must be derived from an interior page for "The Legion of Super-Executioners". The villain is the Mesteren (the master).
