And this time, we'll start with the Big G himself, Godzilla!

The Godzilla Vs. Megalon US poster must be pretty rare, because I don't recall it made it into very wide theatrical release!

The creature above, in case you're not up to speed on the Godzilla mythos, is Hedorah, aka the Smog Monster, from Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster, natch!

Yes, this is another one of those Mexican Lobby Cards that turn up fairly often here... and yes, this is for Godzilla Vs. The Thing (aka Godzilla Vs. Mothra)!

And that's right, this last still isn't a Godzilla movie still... it's from Gorgo!

I know I've posted photos of the Ideal Haunted House game before...

It's just too fun not to post it again when it comes up in the rotation! One day, I'll have to buy one of these.

Next up is this nifty French poster for Hammer's Horror of Dracula! We'll be seeing Horror of Dracula before the month is out!

This lobby card for House of Dracula almost screams for a caption contest, doesn't it? Here's some more House of Dracula stuff:

On Monday's regular Monster Monday, we'll start with House of Frankenstein... just in case some of you missed it when it was the movie of the week!
Jon

Awesome! Godzilla and Hammer in the same post! Can't beat that :)
ReplyDeleteYou left out including some Universal Frankenstein Saga in the same post!
ReplyDeleteI aim to please, azathoth!
Great images!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed 'em, John!
ReplyDeletereally, it should be Mothra vs Godzilla. If anything, Mothra was more of the star. (having already had one film, though Godzilla had too (and then a joint-project film). But Godzilla vs Mothra is good too ^_^;
ReplyDeleteMothra may have had more of the plot driving around her, but Godzilla was still the bigger box-office draw (hence the US title of "Godzilla Vs. the Thing")...
ReplyDeletemm.. probbly.. in the US at lest (the Mothra film didn't seam to be much of a hit in the US..)..
ReplyDeleteOh, i forgot the second Godzilla film when i said two (well.. i said too but meant two)
