Wow, I wonder what drugs the author of this story was on?

Next time: The Road Runner Big Little Book "The Lost Road Runner Mine"!

  1. I don't think it's drugs. I think this story was some kind of metaphor:

"I am so full of rage at my thwarted ambitions and failure to achieve anything in life that I may explode...but if I can just be treated with a tiny bit of respect and appreciation by those around me, I'll be able to keep the lid on my simmering resentments instead of going on a destructive rampage."

See what I mean? It's a bit heavy for a kids book, hence the part about the chipmunk hotel.
