Monster Monday!

Woo-hoo! It's time for Monster Monday again, and I've got more Kong stuff to show you this time around... and maybe more!

kong_kingofmonsters.jpg
First up is this book, or one-shot magazine, called "King of the Monsters," which obviously came out around the time of the 1970s Kong. I don't remember seeing this one before! More after the jump!

  1. is it just me, or are the german posters for King Kong Escapes saying 'King Kong: Son of Frankenstein'?.. yes.. Sohn is Son... so.. what the hell?

  2. You're not mistaken... I've seen "Frankenstein" mentioned on a number of German posters for monster movies that don't have any Frankenstein creation, so I'm guessing that "Frankenstein" is just a shorthand word for "monster" when it comes to Germany!
