Original Comic Art!

Time once again for a parade of original comic book art pages! Today's selections were originally offered for sale on eBay in 2009, but it's entirely possible some may be available for purchase there now.

The first item today is page 7 from Strange Tales #114, by John Buscema! Doesn't look like the best inking match-up to my eyes...

Next up, here's what could well be a complete story from Strange Tales #107, by Larry Lieber, starting with page 18!

Page 8 from Strange Tales #170... if only Fred Hembeck was reading this blog, I know he'd appreciate this Brother Voodoo page!

I don't often come across Sugar and Spike pages... here's page 11 from issue #63, by Sheldon Mayer, naturally!

Page 17 from the same issue!

Page 12 from issue #82!

And we'll wrap things up this time with pages 10 and 11 from Sugar and Spike #70!

  1. Jim Steranko??? That cool DR STRANGE page is actually George Tuska heavily inked by Dan Adkins. Steranko never drew Doc. He always kept to the SHIELD stories in STRANGE TALES.

  2. Also, that Subby page is Win Mortimer, not Bill Everett. I think Everett did a page or two in that issue, but not that one.

  3. Thank you both for the corrections... I'll update the post!
