Nice ^_^ they even have England Only addresses? that's the kinda nice thing for us that you don't often see in american stuff... shame i can't work out how that is meant to be a £ sign.. and, of course, the address details for the person to fill in are still in american, not english.. but you can't ask for everything.. It's still a nice effort.
Jon, I noted the announcement on page 23 that Don Heck would be taking over the penciling on Sub-Mariner while Bill Everett recovered from his heart attack last Novemeber. I think they're describing issue #61 (cover-dated May 1973), although it was completed by Jim Mooney (not Heck). They might be describing #64 (Aug 1973), when Heck took over from Sam Kweskin? In any case, Bill never came back, dying in Feb 1973. Thanks!
