Anyone wanna start with how the wonderwoman cards seam very... sexist? from a character that was meant to be a leading light in the 'fairness for women' of comics (even though her job in the JLA was always a bit .. dated) to a character that is simpley a mindless sex symbol.. of course, it's more intresting to see that from the looks of the cards, they are made when Superman is clearly dating Lois Lane.. DC showing a role model as a two timer? tis tis ^_^
ReplyDeleteCool stuff. Aquaman should be on more, but that is just me. :)
ReplyDeleteManic Man - Well, those cards were clearly meant for an adult audience...
ReplyDeleteWings - Yeah, I know, Aquaman gets short shrift all the time... but at least there weren't a lot of cards with Captain Marvel on them instead!
