I'm bound to get a lot of mileage out of the Marvel stuff in this volume of photos... after all, this is the third post in a row of Marvel items, and I'm only on the F's! Anyway, above you see a rare rack card for Marvel flicker rings, which I thought had only been sold in vending machines!

This "Great Gliders" toy is really pushing it so far as matching up characters to a toy... I almost have to think this would've been more appropriate as a Fantastic Four toy, and call them "Pogo Plane Launchers" or something like that!

And now we're into Hulk stuff, beginning with this 1979 AHI Action Bank! If you followed the late Hulk Blog!, you've probably seen all these before... if not, they're new to you!

Hulk figural pencil sharpener from 1979!

Here's a really rare item! From 1966, it's the studio-manufactured video cartridge for one episode of the Hulk animated series! At least, that's what the seller said it was... I almost have to doubt it, as I wouldn't know why they'd have produced such a colorful sticker for it!

1975 Hulk inflatable pillow!

1977 and 1978 Hulk costumes!

1978 Hulk camera!

Here's a bigger view of the 1979 Cracker Jack Hulk stickers from the other day!

Hulk Parachutist by AHI! Believe it or not, there were more ridiculous character parachutes... like Planet of the Apes, Star Trek, and Superman!

By now, you must've been waiting for the Hulk party hat!

And our last item this time around is this Hulk inflatable swim ring!
Next time around, it'll be yet more Marvel stuff, starting with some Iron Man things and going on from there!

ReplyDeleteWrong I'm afraid. Without digging the game in question out, i can't confirm the year BUT that image shown is from a Hulk Board game. you move around the board trying to build a 'shelter' in the middle (5 pieces of plastic, a different colour for each player) and when you land on a hulk space, depending on how 'angry' he is, you rev up the figure shown in that image, and let him loose in the centre of the board, where he moves around and you hope he doesn't knock over your shelter. the one that completes it first, is the winner ^_^ In that picture, you can ever seen the rev/movement wheel stuff under it.
I Stand corrected!
ReplyDeletethe car with hulk and ironman is brazilian, language is portugese, not spanish
ReplyDeleteThanks for the correction!
