Cool Stuff: Superman Stuff!

First up in this parade of Superman cool stuff is this Superman "Pistola," which I believe was made in Italy. What's really unusual about this item is that it appears to be the same water gun that AHI produced as a Batman squirt gun, but with a Superman S-shield on it -- even though I don't ever recall seeing an AHI Superman squirt gun!


Next, here's Parker Brothers' Superman III board game, which has to be more entertaining than the movie was!

1976 Ben Cooper Superman costume! Note the various inaccuracies... at least it doesn't have a picture of Superman on the chest and the word "Superman"!


1977 Wilton Superman cake decoration! This was one of a pair of faces (the other being Batman) that was sold with a figural cake pan, so you could use it as either character. I believe they also did the chest emblems in plastic, too.

I'm guessing this Superman in Action tumbler was made in the 1950s or early 1960s, but I could well be wrong!


AHI Superman parachutist! Not only was this a bizarre choice for a parachutist figure (unless you were playing "Superman visits Kandor"), some of AHI's parachutist figures were even stranger -- like Mr. Spock, the Hulk, Galen and Dr. Zaius from Planet of the Apes!
