    That Catwoman costume on the oil can puzzle was only featured in Batman #210 (March 1969) and #256 (May-June 1974), Wonder Woman #s 201 & 202 (July-Aug & Sept-Oct 1972), and The Brave and the Bold #131 (Dec 1976). I've no idea who conceived it, though perhaps it was Neal Adams (he created the cover for #210)? Not much of a cat motif, is there? Without the text, one could easily wonder who the Pirate Lady battling Batman was.
