Next, it's Fantastic Four #30 and the reprint in Marvel Collectors' Item Classics #22... it's not often that the art gets shifted up for a reprint, but that seems to be what's happened here. The background's been altered as well, particularly on the top -- note the Torch's flame stream is different on the reprint.
Next, we have a triple threat of sorts! Tales to Astonish #67, Daredevil #6, and Marvel Super-Heroes #26, which reprinted both of them! The Hulk half isn't changed that much, save for being altered to look like nighttime, while the Daredevil half has been cut and pasted together, with speed lines added around DD, and the Ox missing entirely. Plus, I have no idea what the shadows on the bottom of DD's half of the cover are supposed to be!
Next, Sub-Mariner #6 and Tales to Astonish (2nd series) #6... the art has at least been reduced slightly for the reprint, but that's all I can really say for sure. The Subby cover was scanned a bit darkly, so I can't make out too much detail, otherwise I'd be tempted to say that the reprint cover was reinked with a lighter touch.
Amazing Spider-Man #154's cover got flipped when it was reprinted in Marvel Tales #131... shifted down a little bit as well. Of course, balloons were moved, and a new blurb is on the bottom of the reprinted cover.
When X-Men #19 was reprinted in X-Men #69, an all-new cover was done, which looks to be the work of Sal Buscema (he said without verifying his guess). I definitely prefer the original!
And we'll wrap this up with Fantastic Four #69 and the reprint in Marvel's Greatest Comics #52! The art's been shifted down, some of the rubble Ben's holding has been removed at the top, and actually, I think the art was enlarged for the reprint, too!
