"Monster Madness" was published by Atlas Seaboard, a company that was formed by Larry Leiber (Stan Lee's brother) which flooded the newstands circa 1974-1975, and heavily copied the Marvel style and hired away a lot of artists and writers, even to publishing their own B&W magazines as Marvel was doing at the time. Monster Madness was a competitor to Marvel's "Monsters of the Movies."- Mike C.
