Cool Stuff: Bat-Stuff!

And here we are again, with another parade of Batman merchandise!

batman_french.jpg
And we start things off this time with this French movie poster for the 1967 "Batman"! More after the jump!

Here's another French poster for the movie -- interesting how they interpreted the cape, very similar to the original Batman comics appearances!

batman_giveashowslides.JPG
Here's a package set of Batman Give-A-Show Projector slides from Chad Valley, who had the license in the UK! I've already presented videos created from these at the Give-A-Show Blog, and they'll be turning up on Give-A-Show Fridays here sooner or later!

batman_goldbatmobile.JPG
Here's a "Gold Batmobile," and even though it's a bit off-model, I think it's pretty cool!

batman_icecreambox.jpg
Yes, that's right! In the midst of Batmania, there was Batman Ice Cream!

batman_ideal66utilitybelt.jpg
Ideal's 1966 Batman Utility Belt is one of the higher-demand toys for collectors out there!

batman_italyrocketgun
From Italy, we have this Batman Rocket Gun!

Speaking of the Joker, here's a Batman Power Record featuring him...

...and a Joker t-shirt!

Next, we have this pair of magnets featuring the Dynamic Duo, as you can see they were part of a line of Super Friends magnets!

Another Batman book and record set!

batman_mattelswitchngobatmo.jpg
This Batmobile was part of Mattel's "Switch-N-Go" racing set!

batman_megocommandconsole.JPG
Here's that Mego Batman Command Console again, with a partial view of the box, too!

Next, check out some of these Mexican Batman comics:

And we're back to the 1967 Batman movie, thanks to these Mexican lobby cards, which must've been from three different releases of the movie!

Believe it or not, next time we'll begin with more from the 1967 movie!
